BACKTRACKING...2007!
DOWNTOWN COUNTDOWN MYSTERY...SOLVED
so backtracking to 2006/12/31, the nite i'm @ ana's house to solve da dt mystery...y do every1 hit dt for countdown? in our minds we alwayz think countdown should be sumthing like nyc, ppl gather in front of a clock thingy n supposingly countdown. So by 11pm, we start to see ppl wandering on da streets going NOWHERE, traffic starts to get busy which makes no sense cos wen u countdown u should have settled in ONE place. N wen it was 12am, we peer through da windows n just see cars...seems like purposely stuck themselves on da streets n just HONK. Yup, folks, just pure damn honking. Ppl? Walking to da opp direction where they came from n hell would know where they are going again dis time
So conclusion is...there is no official countdown place in dt, at least no where in Robson where I'm at
Ppl i guess countdown in restaurants or clubs
Or countdown tradition in vancity is just honking n screaming
we suck ppl
hanging out w/ Bobo (ana's annoying n needy dog) was much better

so my shopping continues as i got dis bag from Korea. Da site is like a korean ebay...gmarket, some cool stuff on there with cheap price. Styles are nothing u can find in Canada. So ppl into Korean styles or just sum extraordinary styles in bags, clothing, makeup. even food! Google up gmarket as they got fine stuff!

HOTEL AH&LA PASSED...
ironic as it seems, i really want to get da AH&LA first place cos i wanted to go into hotel industry. During da process of getting it i lost interest in it but couldn't back out. So finish da course nonethless since it helped me businesswise n cleared up my head setting me straight 2 da direction i should be heading. So dis is da course cert n i should be getting da AH&LA any sec...but i dun need it haha. Guess it doesn't hurt to get more credentials n experience in diff fields. At least i won't look back n regret to myself dat i din even try out da hotel industry. I can tell myself i worked hard for it, sent in resumes, studied, get in touch wid da heads in Vegas..all is well but i gave up haha...

so it's da 2nd week of 2007 already n i can't feel it's presence. Guess wen ur working, week after weeks dayz just glides into da other. Or wen ur getting older...haha dunno wut i'm talking abt. 2007 is looking ok, nothing special. But i know 2007 is a big year for me...
Official year of adulthood n ain't no student no more
Da year for me to head into da society n start my road for career or hopefully success
i'm still worried here n there abt a couple things...like is my sucess just making a stable salary each month? If not, how can i make big money? Is my career now da ONE? But i dun wanna fall back to da past psychological stage so i'm just closing my eyes n diving into life...balancing my family, friends n work n making da best outta it is my current focus...going well so far
in da office, workload is getting heavier in terms of new customer, trying to pick up all da skills as fast as i can, handling ads, socializing n of course handle complaints. Despite da negativeness, i still like my job....i like seeing n meeting ppl. Most of all, helping ppl. Da best part of da job is to get appreciation from ur customers, helping them out, giving them wut they want, or just simply be a part of their life. Best part of course is receiving gifts from em or hanging out w/ em if we get close! hehe Just now came back from my fav korean customer's house from dinner...eating everything from dumplings to korean soup to kimchi~~yummy. It feels nice dat ur customers sees u as their friend n bring u into their life. N cos every1 comes into our place w/ diff probs, it feels nice dat we not only heal them physically but also mentally
But i still prefer seeing my GOOD customers haha good as in obedient, nice, doesn't nag n whine, n maybe just pretty for eye candy sake haha~ I'm getting alot of celebrity look-a-likes lately from TW to HK to Korea celebs hehe...more or less similar to or resemble celebs like:
GUAN YING , SONG HYE GYO
GIGI LEUNG, MAGGIE Q
resemblence is more in da face around 50% up...so how can i be bored? hehe
