dis is my fav award show... cos of it's fairness n performance. i still haven't watched it yet, dwl it now. So looking forward to Jacky n Amei's performance, sweet. Winner was obvious, congrats to Leehom n Tanya. They won not of techniques obviously but of timing! dun really agree to y David Tao won best album...anywho, nothing much to say cos Amei wasn't in it this yr haha but ya, luv music alwayz ya ppl~ also congrats to Becca's teacher for winning lifetime acheivement award.
sum haywire happening though...wen leehom won he said sumthing like "we shouldn't compete w/ our locals singers but compete with int'l singers." this quote was mistaken into "hell w/ local tw singers, i only care abt intl singers." dis is sad to know dat his words are distorted like dat. Once again media likes to attacks their own ppl... i dun understand dat. If leehom was saying wut he meant y should he put so much effort into promoting Chinese culture in his last 2 albums? He means to stand tall in TW, n cast ur perspectives toward the world. dats da spirit we all need to win intl recognition of Tw music n not suck up to foreigners. more like a highlight of the month den surpriser... nothing really surprised me cept that Jolin dyed her hair black n a cool suprise w/ her new dance. Oh ya, big suprise is prolly her sales of 51% meaning every 2 person, 1 will buy her record, n she broke her own record as dis is her best selling album. I think it's da promotion bringing her up n da timing problem. No one competing her rite now n dis time period she IS da Diva, so who wins? Good to know n haf a dominator in Asia, dun let korea beat us rite? haha Some good hear in da songs but not surprising cos it's normal. Dancing diva, Mr. Q, Incredible Madalay, Pretend are all good hear. Overall a good dev in every area, i like her seriousness wen she works. A hard working n high quality idol for teens these dayz. A recomm buy...maybe just for da heck for trend haha cos i din buy it

Namie Amuro is full of surprizes n kills everything ever since she gave birth. so dis single is surprising in dat cover song features dance learned from Janet Jackson's teacher, excellent melody n beat, hottness image. Remix was also good to hear which is rare. Da b-side was a well known 90's song sung by NOKKO, a Chinese version was also sung by Vivan Hsu (4X I luv u). Highly recommended single~

Kanta n Vanness getting together already sells, w/ their looks, image n reputation...but wut about music? wasn't looking forward to it but surprisingly there was chemistry n their music wasn't all dat bad considering their diversity. Singing live was also ok for em, dance was cool too. Big up, gif it a listen...seem like a gay couple though, j/k.. just too handsome n clean~ guyz like dat dun exist no more unless they're gay hehe...

who wuld forget her?! Utada Hikaru is back!! Back w/ sum good candies. Her music before n English debut almost killed her..so w/o much expectation heard dis album, surprising indeed! Back w/ fresh music style n stronger voice, 13 highly anticipated titles. Good to hear Hikki back in da zone..practically each song is a diff style n music~

my lovely rain din do 2 good w/ first single, so dis one was surprisingly in a sense that there was an all round improvement. Trying to hit Japan in a cute boy image...y do they do dat? Boa acts all girly in Japan n becomes all wild in Korea. Bi is doing da same too. I wouldn't say da music n mv was all dat attractive but ya...it's Rain weeeee~~~i prefer 1st single better

putting karen here was a dilemma, her album din really surprised me but a few of her slow songs did. So i guess she surprised me in dat i wasn't expecting a surprise haha. Just go hear "Hands", "Am Fm", "If there wasn't u", she excels in expression like no one can..well maybe cept Amei hehe...

van surprised me in that usually good singers like him falls in traps of lacking good music or find a unique way to express their voice like Nicky. but dis album he manages to find good music n shaped his voice differently. Hitting higher pitches, challenges funk n rock..excellente~

I'm more like upset w/ Nicky Lee...excellent n soothing voice which surprised every1 w/ his first album. Second album repeats all his music style..which is falling short. Not dat repeating rnb is not good, it's great for singers to find their style. But find their style n developing their style are 2 diff things. Producers should work Nicky's voice more cos he's got da skills n shape his music n voice so dat it develops a stronger style or music direction. Da world of R&B is not just simple beating sounds...

mika's got a strong voice. this single's concept has da cover song for Hurricane Katrina survivors. But being a motivational or inspiring song, it wasn't all dat a good hear. A boring hear i would say but it's still something to look up to, cos it's Mika! hehe

it was a no brainer for most of da ppl dat Jill album would sucked. Cos her sister Janice practically dominated the newcomers. But being dat Jill is a TWIN of Janice her voice should equally kill. Her selling pt is dat her style is diff from Janice, being more hip hop. Jill's voice indeed did well but we heard very little of it. It wasn't her fault more of the musicians. Did find da right song for her strong voice, ruined her. Hope for a better one for Jill!

This guy plays in a movie similar to Leslie Cheung's Farewall, my Concubine..so ya u know wut i mean, gotta have beautiful facial features n indeed he does. Rank the prettiest man in Korea i think but he isn't gay~haven't seen it in but voices haf been good~ya.. the guy in da lower left corner
